We’re proud to share that our Registered Manager, Bec Rawlings, has been featured in leading sector publication The Care Home Environment discussing what it really takes to deliver outstanding dementia care in practice.

In the feature, Bec shares insight from the frontline of specialist dementia care — exploring everything from dementia-friendly design and outdoor access to staff culture, continuity of care and supporting families through the emotional transition into care.
The article also highlights the importance of creating environments that feel calm, familiar and genuinely homely for people living with dementia.
